You'll sell to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and staffing firms who need better candidate matching and screening tools. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts* •Build relationships with HR, TA, and recruiting leaders at target companies* •Conduct product demos and articulate RoleStar's value proposition* •Negotiate contracts and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals## Requirements* •5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with $100k+ ACV deals* •Track record of exceeding quota in a hunter role* •Experience selling to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition buyers* •Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skillsfor details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
