Responsibilities Meet with new and prospective clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored insurance solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up Develop customized risk management strategies based on each client's unique needs Track activity, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using internal systems Implement marketing and prospecting strategies, including networking and outreach Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and best practices Collaborate closely with mentors and team members who are invested in your success Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills A business-minded, self-motivated, and coachable mindset Comfortable learning new systems and using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office) Willingness to learn and understand state and federal insurance regulations Bachelor's degree preferred (high school diploma required) Bilingual skills are a plus Sales experience is helpful, but

not required Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses

(sponsorship & training provided) Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Compensation $70,400 - $90,000 at plan earnings About NYL - West Houston Office Founded in
