Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.* Provide exceptional customer service and support.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.* Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.* This position requires daily, visible presence in the assigned market area, expanding from New Braunfels to San Antonio, Texas.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.* Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.* Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred.* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.**Work Environment*** Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.* Frequent travel within the assigned territory.* Collaborative and supportive team culture.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.**Physical Demands of the Job*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.* Prolonged periods of standing and walking.* Ability to work in various weather conditions.* Frequent travel within the assigned territory.**What We Offer*** $85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
