This position sits with the Swedish Match affiliate and focuses on PMI U.S., a rapidly growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturer and market leader of smokeless tobacco products, ZYN pouch products, and complementary products. We are seeking a Manager Digital Loyalty. The successful candidate will manage the strategy, planning, and execution of PMI U.S. promotional offers delivered through our Retail Customers’ digital loyalty platforms and lead a team of Senior Digital Loyalty Account Specialists.

Your Day To Day

Identify, build, and administer quarterly promotional plans through collaboration with Trade Marketing, RGM, Field Sales Account, and Retailer’s Loyalty teams.

Oversee promotional plans across key trade partners to ensure alignment with go‑to‑market strategy.

Own and be accountable for performance and execution with key trade partners.

Support a team of account managers in engaging customers to drive best‑in‑class promotional strategies.

Prioritize and recommend customer programs that prominently display and promote PMI U.S. brands while enhancing brand equity and delivering ROI.

Assess and evaluate the business results of assigned customers and recommend strategies or changes if necessary.

Build preferred relationships with customers’ key decision‑makers at all levels within the organization, including Marketing, Digital Loyalty, and Category Management teams.

Gain and communicate a thorough understanding of competitive loyalty programs and strategies.

Review customer accounts to include assessment processes; recommend improved strategies where needed.

Understand customer and consumer needs and provide value‑added products.

Utilize various data systems to evaluate loyalty program performance and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and expand reach.

Play a key role in digital loyalty program trade spending budgets and forecasts.

Contribute to the Digital Loyalty team’s strategy development and long‑term strategic roadmap.

Build strong cross‑functional relationships with RGM, Sales Strategy & Analytics, Trade Marketing, Brand and Insights, Data & Analytics.

Effectively manage a team of three Senior Digital Loyalty Account Specialists, developing their capabilities and strategic thinking.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience in digital loyalty strategy and key account engagement.

Five years or more of sales experience in food, convenience, or mass merchandise channels in consumer goods.

Familiarity with current and emerging loyalty and CRM trends.

Experience with loyalty program campaigns preferred.

Strong planning, organization, leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Ability to apply big‑picture thinking and organizational acumen to focus on key success factors.

Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Accomplished presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver effective fact‑based presentations.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $112,500‑150,000
