About the Role Project Lift is hiring a Regional Director of Personal Training to lead and elevate Personal Training performance across our Retro Fitness clubs.
This is not a desk role. This is a field leadership position for someone who knows how to build trainers, drive results, and create energy inside the clubs. You will be in the business, coaching teams, improving session quality, and holding standards that drive real revenue and member impact.

What You Will Do
Lead the development of all Personal Trainers across your region
Coach session quality, programming, cueing, and member experience
Run weekly in-club training and development sessions
Own execution of Welcome Workouts, show rates, and close rates
Partner directly with PT Sales Managers to improve sales flow and conversion
Integrate dotFIT into daily coaching and client programs
Spend the majority of your time in clubs coaching and developing teams
Conduct session audits and provide real-time feedback to trainers
Lead a structured Quarterly PT Academy across your region
Align with Regional Managers and Club Managers on staffing, performance, and accountability
Track performance metrics and provide weekly reporting to leadership

Trainers consistently delivering high-quality, engaging sessions
Increased PT revenue across EFT and PIF
Strong Welcome Workout conversion and follow-up execution
Improved client retention and program adherence
PT Sales Managers operating with consistency and discipline
A clear development pipeline for trainers into leadership roles
A culture of accountability, energy, and results inside every club
What You Bring
3+ years leading Personal Training across multiple locations
Proven ability to coach and develop trainers at all levels
Strong background in PT sales, Welcome Workouts, and retention
High level of accountability with a results-driven mindset
Ability to lead from the floor and not from behind a desk
Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA)
CPR and AED certification
Willingness to travel within your region at least 4 days per week
Strong communication and leadership presence
Compensation
Base salary plus performance bonus paid quarterly
