About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Paralegal with deep personal injury experience to manage a high-volume pre-litigation and litigation caseload. This is a fully remote role, but make no mistake - it's a high-output position requiring a 50-hour work week (8am-6pm). If you're a seasoned PI paralegal who knows how to juggle 100+ active cases, write sharp demands, and serve as the backbone of an attorney's practice, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Manage 100+ active personal injury cases simultaneously across pre-litigation and litigation phases
Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys on all assigned matters
Draft and review demand packages for PI cases
Maintain and organize case files with precision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum
Contribute to process improvements as the firm continues to scale
What We're Looking For
8-15 years of personal injury paralegal experience with a focus on high-volume pre-litigation caseloads
Demonstrated ability to manage 100+ active PI cases simultaneously
Experience spanning both pre-litigation and litigation matters
Strong demand writing and review skills
Proficiency with PI case management software - Litify, Filevine, or similar
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving processes
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be available and committed to a 50-hour work week (8am-6pm)
Compensation
$85K - $125K base salary, commensurate with experience
