Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) will lead strategic thought partnership to US and Global brand leads of a pre‑launch high-value asset. Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Team Lead, this person will serve as the senior member of a brand‑aligned team of strategists responsible for identifying and developing opportunities in performance to unlock brand value and to advise the business on drivers of transformational change. You will be part of the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) organization harnessing insights from multiple sources, leading day‑to‑day problem solving, team management, and business partner management.
Responsibilities include:
Act as strategic partner to US and Global commercial teams to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to the identification and evaluation of commercial strategies, tactics and investment decisions.
Develop and lead regular patient journey‑based business reviews tied to budgetary goals to ensure cross‑functional teams are aware of ongoing performance opportunities and suggest ideas for optimization.
Connect research and analytics together to tell a compelling and persuasive story and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead identification of information needs and development of research and data analysis plans.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of a brand’s marketing campaign.
Recommend campaign improvement and corrective actions.
Evaluate campaign assets to ensure optimal customer experience steeped in deep customer insights.
Integrate campaign insights to broader analytic activities to paint the full picture of marketing execution and customer behavior and inform resource allocation decisions.
Play a key role in advancing the vision for the future direction of brand activities.
In partnership with key Pfizer stakeholders, act as lead for the development of Long‑Range Forecasts (LRFs) and Operating Plans.
Coordinate forecasting activities with US, Global, IDM CO and Forecasting CoE colleagues.
Drive the creation of best‑in‑class epi‑ and trend‑based forecast models in partnership with CoE colleagues.
Review and enhance forecasts or strategic brand plans with strong expertise in the ability to qualify and quantify the business opportunity, including communicating results and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure accurate effective performance measurement and deliver regular assessments of portfolio performance to leadership, including clear articulation of the data and its meaning for the business.
Lead dialogue to integrate insights across various cross‑functional teams – data science, analytics engineering, market research, and media.
Actively contribute to advancement of team capabilities through thought leadership; seek to share knowledge and expertise with other colleagues making use of knowledge sharing platform.
Align with other analytic teams to ensure cohesive activities with our stakeholders.
Partner with other analytic functions to advance the use of novel data sources including RWD.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or similar related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
8+ years in consulting, finance or market analytics.
5+ years at a high‑value level (e.g., US & Global) developing data‑driven brand strategy for major assets (>$1B).
Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations.
In‑depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data, with a keen understanding of output and quality/timely insight derivation.
Proven track record of being an indispensable thought partner to senior brand leaders and influencing without authority.
Team‑orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence.
Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation.
Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to influence and drive change at all levels in an organization.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.

Annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program.
Benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.
