Remote ECP Consultant

Accountabilities

Lead full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Gather requirements, design solutions, and configure payroll components (wage types, deductions, schemas)

Oversee integrations between ECP and internal/external systems

Provide strategic guidance and hands-on configuration expertise

Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure compliance across global environments

Deliver training and support for business users

Requirements

SAP SuccessFactors certification (relevant functional area)

5+ years leading large-scale, global SuccessFactors implementations

Strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP Payroll

Experience with Employee Central and payroll integrations

Excellent client-facing communication skills
