Job Summary The candidate will work as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, focusing on analyzing and administering Splunk Sales Incentive Compensation Plans for the Global Field organization. They will collaborate with sales operations to ensure accurate compensation calculations and provide support for commission inquiries while helping streamline processes.

Skill Requirements

Experience in Incentive Compensation Plans

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Salesforce

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Xactly Incent or similar application

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Splunk

Excellent communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Compensation & Benefits Pay: $64.14 per hour (approximately $64.14/hr).

Shift: Remote, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm.

Weekly paycheck.

Employees may also be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
