About the Role GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award‑winning executive search firm seeking Search Consultants to work fully remotely. The role is commission‑driven with earnings potential between 30–75% of production and offers comprehensive training, continuous coaching, and the opportunity to build a career with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.

Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.

Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.

Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.

Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers.

Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong data‑base and technological skills.

Background in business development, client relationship, marketing, or sales (preferred).

Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.

Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone and in person.

Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.

Degree preferred but not required.
