Job Title Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager

Duration 6 Months (possible for conversion)

Location SF, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite- Mission Rock)

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager to help build and scale a best-in-class internal creative organization. In this role, you’ll partner with senior business and brand leaders to deliver high-impact global creative programs across cross-border initiatives, affluent audience strategies, and master brand campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in shaping globally scalable creative work, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and at the highest level of creative excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

Coordinate global stakeholders, agencies, and production partners

Drive toolkit development and asset delivery across markets

Improve workflows and ensure operational excellence

Required Skills

8–10 years in creative project/program management

Experience leading global campaigns and multi-market delivery

Strong knowledge of creative workflows, production, and budgeting

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with tools like Wrike, Workfront, and MS Office

Nice to Have

Experience with global brands or in-house creative teams

Background in scaling creative operations

Process improvement and workflow optimization experience

Education

Bachelors degree is preferred

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70-75 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
