Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Junior UX Designer to support a hybrid team in San Diego on a short-term contract with potential to extend. This person will be supporting the UX Design of a personnel management system using Figma. This person should be willing to be onsite in Point Loma two days per week and be able to obtain a secret clearance if needed.

Skills and Requirements
2–4 years of professional UX design experience
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum-based environment
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences - Background in medical or financial services where they have been working with protected information
