Translate insights into scalable user experience strategies aligned with business goals.
Design cohesive workflows and interaction patterns that balance consistency with innovation.
Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
Define success metrics with Product and Research, ensuring UX ties to measurable outcomes.
Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions with strong design rationale.
Mentor senior designers and drive high-quality user experiences across teams.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of professional UX experience with successful product launches.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Portfolio demonstrating expert design aptitude is required.
Strong customer orientation and problem‑solving skills.
Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience leveraging AI in the UX process and designing AI‑powered product experiences.
Mastery-level skills with design tools such as Figma.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions based on data.
Benefits
Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00
Discretionary bonus typically paid annually.
