Overview
Raka is looking for a contributing member of our Strategy and Content team with strong experience in HubSpot. As a marketing producer, you’ll help execute plans by building, managing, and optimizing campaigns directly within HubSpot. You’ll bring strategy to life through marketing automation, CRM management, and performance tracking, while supporting content creation that fuels these efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute work within HubSpot: build emails, workflows, landing pages, lists, and campaigns; maintain CRM data; ensure best practices are followed.
Write copy and support content development to power inbound campaigns.
Provide SEO, AEO, and GEO support to optimize content for search, performance, and AI visibility.
Contribute to reporting and analysis through HubSpot data and dashboards.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in online marketing with hands-on HubSpot experience.
Positive attitude, ability to take direction, and ability to work as part of a team.
Desire to deepen skills in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign execution.
Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of work, and connect strategy to execution.
Desirable skills
Hands-on experience building and managing assets in HubSpot (emails, workflows, landing pages, lists, campaigns).
Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices within HubSpot.
Ability to write and edit blog posts and publish them within HubSpot.
Experience using social media for business and connecting it to broader campaign efforts.
Ability to create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with campaign execution.
Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO with ongoing optimization experience.
Ability to pull and interpret data from HubSpot for reporting and performance insights.
Familiarity with content management systems such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Squarespace.
Ability to set realistic deadlines, meet them, and proactively communicate if timelines shift.
Experience or interest in video marketing.
Willingness to expand knowledge and eagerness to learn.
Desirable certifications / life experience
HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
Google Analytics and/or AdWords Certification
You have a blog or have written for one regularly
You use social media regularly
Experience in an agency or on the client side as a marketing specialist, or being the person who figured inbound first and now doing it full-time
Experience organizing an event, fundraiser, company, or other effort requiring coordination with people
