The Dual Brand Marketing Manager will support programmatic marketing efforts related to DINE Brands Dual Branded Restaurants. This role is responsible for driving a broad set of work related to the Dual Brand menu, marketing calendar, culinary pipeline, in-restaurant promotions, online presence, loyalty program, etc... The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven, detail-oriented and well-rounded marketer with strong project management skills and a passion for hospitality.

DINE Brand's Dual Brand initiative puts two iconic brands, IHOP and Applebee's, under one roof. Guests can enjoy their favorite items from either brand all day long, ordering off a single, combined menu. Dual Brands is a major initiative for DINE brands, and is expected to be a meaningful growth driver in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the ongoing development and publishing of the dual brand menu. Work with cross functional leaders from the brands, as well as franchisees, operations, and leadership to optimize the dual brand menu
Publish and manage the overall dual brand marketing and LTO calendar. Ensure broad alignment and awareness of the calendar, and ensure restaurants receive relevant materials on time
Optimize the dual brand website, including the strategy for its enhancements, layout, and presentation.
Create and drive a loyalty program strategy for our dual brand concept
Support Dual Brands online presence through partnering with communications and external partners to ensure strong brand presence
Bring additional concept enhancements to life over time, including enhancements to gift card programs, uniforms, catering/to-go, restaurant design elements, etc..
Build strong collaborative relationships with franchisees, company operators, marketing teams and other cross functional teams
Partner with Operations to identify sales-driving opportunities and implement targeted campaigns.
Organize and support in-store events, fundraisers, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with the agency partners to manage tracking and performance of local digital media channels including local outdoor and direct mail
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and compliance with brand standards.
Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and report on ROI
Target base salary $100k-$120k depending on experience
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in corporate marketing within the restaurant industry (working directly with franchise groups is a plus)
Experience in managing menu development, marketing calendars, and other relevant restaurant marketing activities
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytic and research skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to lead meetings with senior leaders and share findings through formal presentations
Excellent project management skills and detail orientation
Ability to travel as needed (25% of time)
