The Regulatory Security Representative Sr. is responsible for the regulatory physical security program and operation of enterprise-wide physical security. You will work with outside agencies and internal partners to ensure company compliance with governing body regulatory requirements and industry standard methodologies in all facets of security. You will facilitate outside agency inquiries and inspections in conjunction with operations. Problem solving and collaboration are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations
Responds to requests for security assistance, updates security plans and coordinates assistance from regulatory agencies
Collaborates with local and federal agencies, regulators and internal business to ensure security needs are compliant; finds opportunities to improve physical security
Analyzes security metric data to achieve security efficiency
Governs physical security programs; sees opportunities for improvement of programs
Updates organization’s physical security standards and DOT Hazardous Materials Security Program
Develops and submits Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), security risk assessments and alternate security plans for company facilities
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience
Required: Vocational/Technical/Business school or a minimum of six (6) years’ experience running technical security systems and experience within the technical security field or other related field (OR) eight (8) years equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Other Requirements
Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred: Experience working with local, state and federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements
Travel up to 30%
Administer the Regulatory Physical Security program and maintain the Enterprise Physical Security operating requirement. Work alongside field personnel in providing guidance on implementation of the operating requirements. They will also work with outside agencies to ensure company compliance with governing body regulatory requirements and industry best practices regarding all facets of security application and process. The Physical Security Representative may be required to facilitate outside agency inquiries and inspections in conjunction with Operations personnel. This position will also assist in providing guidance over operational issues, and work with the field personnel in providing solutions to their issues.
