Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configuration. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce features across Sales Cloud/Service Cloud. Architect and maintain scalable API integrations with internal and external systems. Translate business requirements into technical designs and guide teams on best practices. Mentor engineers, review code, and ensure high‑quality technical delivery. Drive troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization. Contribute to Agile processes and maintain clear, structured technical documentation. Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining Salesforce solutions. Required Skills

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and standard Salesforce configuration. Experience with API‑based integrations (REST/SOAP) and basic automation or scripting. Ability to support non‑technical teams and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in Agile teams. Preferred Skills

Experience with ETL / data flows (Informatica or similar) is a plus. Salesforce certifications are a plus. What it’s like to work at Intellias
