No matter where you're from,

read, evaluated, and judged

by selected members of the New York theater industry. The reviews from these judges will play a crucial role in selecting the winners. The winning script will receive a

full production

in New York City at the

LATEA Theatre

in Manhattan, the heart of the New York theater scene. The production will run for

three performances

and be part of

The New York Theater Festival (NYTF) , one of the largest and most prestigious theater festivals in the U.S. After the run, the winning script has the chance to win

additional cash prizes

(totaling $8,000) through the

NYTF

competition. ITC

will hire the

cast and crew

for the competition’s winner. Rehearsals

will be organized and managed for the production by the ITC management, and all

costs for rehearsal space and filming

of one of the performances will be covered. If the winner cannot attend the production during the NYTF in New York, they will receive

filmed coverage

of one of their performances. How Does It Work?

A panel of experienced theater professionals in New York City, hand‑selected for the ITC, will review and evaluate your script. One of these panelists will write a detailed review and provide feedback, helping determine the winners. The
