Kforce has a client that is seeking an Entertainment & Celebrity Seeding Specialist in Playa Vista, CA. Overview: The Global Shared Services team is seeking a Product Assortment Specialist to support the Entertainment & Celebrity function, playing a critical role in shaping how product shows up across culturally relevant moments and influential voices. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, culture, sport, and entertainment, requiring a strong point of view on trends and the ability to translate cultural insights into intentional product assortments. The specialist will partner cross-functionally with brand, merchandising, and celebrity/influencer teams to ensure the right product is seeded to the right talent at the right time.
Requirements
3-6+ years of experience in fashion, merchandising, product management, PR, or influencer/celebrity marketing
Experience supporting product seeding, sample coordination, or assortment planning preferred
Background in fashion, streetwear, or culturally driven brands strongly preferred
Cultural & Creative Acumen
Deep understanding of fashion-forward, trend-driven, and culturally relevant audiences
Strong pulse on social media, celebrity influence, and entertainment culture
Ability to translate trends into product decisions and assortments
Operational Excellence
Experience with product ordering systems, inventory management, or merchandising tools
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and timelines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on execution
Collaboration & Communication
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across creative, brand, and operational teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to present a clear point of view
Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
