Job SummaryThe Manager, Channels Marketing provides marketing expertise needed for the Channels team and its licensing partners to achieve their objectives. This position participates in the development of Channel's marketing objectives and is responsible for developing, executing and assessing the effectiveness of the all Channel marketing and promotional efforts.Essential Functions

Marketing Planning and Sales Support Provides input to the Channels leadership team to develop specific marketing, plans and programs for initiatives and product launches to achieve desired objectives and targets. Works with Sales teams to create marketing material for presentations/meetings to new and existing partners to showcase GoTo Foods value and potential/enhanced partnership opportunities; attends meetings as appropriate to gather information and share expertise. Oversees the preparation for targeted tradeshows and events to ensure timely registration, proper submission of information and development of material that highlights GoTo Foods’ value. Provides input on marketing budget and resources needed to deliver on agreed upon marketing plans. Champions GoTo Foods with internal and external stakeholders (Franchisees, Partners and Internal team) and advances understanding and support for the added value created by strategically licensing and partnering in multiple marketing channels. Marketing Execution and Communications Serves as day-to-day liaison with external partners to review and approve promotional and marketing material (including social media); when appropriate to develop specialized campaigns to increase sales. Interfaces with external partners, agencies and internal Creative Services teams to create quality marketing elements, material and promotions (including social media) that align with the overall product platform and strategy. Works with external partners, agencies, suppliers/manufactures and internal GoTo Foods teams to ensure appropriate package design and labeling for products. Assists with creating and implementing marketing policies, procedures, practices, and processes to enhance overall marketing execution, cost effectiveness, and resourcing to drive marketing effectiveness. Manages the administration of product promotions, coupons, and marketing calendar activities. Provides regular progress reports to Project Managers and manager on the status of implementation of defined marketing efforts and initiatives. Marketing Assessment Partners with the culinary innovation team to create customer and market testing of new products that informs decisions on if, when, and how to best launch a new product. Analyzes the customer feedback, market research and the results of implemented marketing programs and sales promotions to make recommendations on how to adjust strategy and tactics to enhance effectiveness while keeping within designated budgets. Performs regular market research and assessment to determine market penetration and customer experience to make recommendations for future product and channel innovation. Establishes external relationships and maintains memberships in professional organizations associated with relevant industry organizations to gather competitive intelligence on effectively marketing licensed products. Strong working knowledge and skillset related to developing and executing marketing plans including electronic/social media. Able to quickly establishes and maintains credibility and trust. Analytical and decision making skills with strong business and financial acumen. Organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Possesses a high degree of drive and tenacity with a proven track record of achieving results. Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Ability to travel 20% of the time.
