
Comms Measurement Analyst

We are looking for a Comms Measurement Analyst to support efforts in understanding the impact of our efforts across the global Communications team. The Comms Measurement Analyst will report into the Measurement Lead and support measurement strategy, reporting, and analysis across media, social, and influencers. Key Responsibilities
Support Measurement & Strategy: Support the Measurement Lead with tracking campaign performance, monitoring team campaign and reputational goals, and deliver analysis to demonstrate the impact of communications strategies. Analyze & Translate Results: Turn complex communications data into clear, actionable stories that demonstrate impact on business outcomes. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights, Research, and Finance to support integrated measurement initiatives and ensure comms is represented. Streamline Processes & Reporting: Work with the Measurement Lead to develop and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and processes that enhance efficiency; support comms managers with regular reporting, training, and guidance. Deliver Insights: Produce recurring reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), track proactive messaging, and summarize key learnings for consumer, editorial, corporate, and trust & safety communications teams. Innovate & Stay Ahead: Turn social listening, media monitoring, and analytics platforms into strategic insights, leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve measurement capabilities. Curiosity & Storytelling: Continuously explore the “why” behind the numbers and translate data into compelling, actionable narratives for stakeholders. Qualifications
Experience That Matters: 5-6 years in communications with a strong focus on social listening, media monitoring, and measurement. Independent & Agile: Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while taking initiative and collaborating with others. Analytical Storyteller: Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings effectively to diverse audiences. Experienced in producing both recurring and ad hoc reports tailored to different stakeholders. Technical & Tool Skills: Hands-on experience with Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar monitoring platforms. Comfortable building complex Boolean searches. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to data quality, consistency, and accuracy, with the ability to synthesize insights from large datasets. Process & System Support: Experience building dashboards and managing databases to track campaigns. Communication & Collaboration: Strong presentation, storytelling, and project management skills across multiple clients, geographies, and deadlines.
