Marketing Director

to lead global marketing efforts, strengthen brand reputation, and drive measurable growth across multiple sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations worldwide. The Marketing Director will develop and execute a cohesive, growth‑oriented brand and product strategy. This leader will oversee all marketing initiatives—digital and non‑digital—ensuring consistent brand standards and measurable campaign performance across all platforms and divisions. This role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution, with responsibility for content ownership, brand positioning, campaign performance, and global brand alignment. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Leadership

Develop and implement a global brand and product strategy aligned with company growth goals. Own and evolve the company’s content strategy across all channels. Protect and enhance brand reputation as an innovator and thought leader in waste packaging. Ensure consistent brand standards across multiple entities and divisions. Marketing Campaigns & Content Execution

Design, execute, measure, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (print and digital) Create and coordinate advertisements across print and digital platforms Develop engaging, relevant, and impactful marketing materials aligned with brand standards Update and produce product brochures (digital and physical formats) Design and produce corporate identity materials including sales manuals and binders, corporate videos, sales and marketing presentations. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Maintain and update corporate website content (WordPress). Oversee social media presence and brand consistency. Monitor and improve digital engagement and performance metrics. Research industry trends and identify market opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic responses. Provide market insights that may impact sales performance or brand positioning. Trade Shows & Non‑Digital Marketing

Manage trade show strategy and execution. Oversee samples and material swatches. Coordinate product testing documentation and reporting. Lead print marketing initiatives and offline brand execution. Qualifications

BS/BA in Marketing or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Economics preferred. 15+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience managing marketing across multiple divisions or business units. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot.
