Qualification Requirements
At least a BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Science
Registration to practice before the USPTO
3+ years of experience with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, including reviewing search results and providing opinions on patentability, responding to office actions and filing appeals
3+ years of patent litigation experience including direct experience with the following:
drafting and responding to pleadings
preparing infringement and invalidity claim charts/contentions
expert discovery and working with expert witnesses/reports
managing complex discovery requests
Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and timeliness in responding to requests and clients
