RN Branch Director, Home Health

As Branch Director, you will manage the daily branch operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care and regulatory compliance. You will support business development and patient base growth, and be responsible for people management and development. You will manage the branch/clinical staff and have direct responsibility for ensuring the branch meets applicable Federal, State and local laws regarding the certification and licensure process. You will oversee long‑range planning, fiscal viability and the quality of care provided by the branch. You will recruit, interview and hire staff, monitor quality care and organizational performance, and assist other disciplines in coordinating activities to maintain continuity, appropriateness and quality of services delivered.

This onsite role reports to the Area Director of Operations.

Essential Functions

Develop, plan, implement, analyze and organize operations for the Branch.

Deliver care for all patients served by the Branch by supporting the Clinical Manager(s).

Work with the Area Director of Operations or the AVP of Operations and Finance Department to establish the Branch's revenue and budget goals.

Recognize clinical leadership and provide guidance to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.

Maintain office operations efficiently, productively and in an organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees, and meeting local ordinances, fire and safety regulations in compliance with company policies.

Conduct quality improvement quarterly committee meetings, review all patient satisfaction data, and follow up on negative patient satisfaction surveys and referral source visits.

Communicate with the Area Director of Operations or the AVP of Operations for direction, problem‑solving and implementation of programs and protocols.

Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Experience

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with authorization to practice in Texas.

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience.

Demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team.

Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.

Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and accreditation standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile liability insurance.

Preferred Experience

Fiscal management experience.

Home Health experience.

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.

Knowledge of PDGM billing requirements.

OASIS experience.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$93,000 – $128,000 per year.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
