Director of Human Resources
to oversee all HR operations within our facility. This leadership role is essential to cultivating a positive employee experience, supporting workforce development, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel record management.
Conduct employee orientations and benefits enrollment sessions.
Handle insurance and unemployment correspondence, employment verifications, and compliance documentation.
Plan and facilitate employee activities, events, and in-service programs.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in behavioral health, healthcare, or a hospital business office.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as needed.
