Job Description Director of Home Health Nursing, RN, BSN; Master’s preferred. Client is seeking strong administrative leadership experience as DON in Home Health, Home Health RN Administrator. Role of at least 6+ years, steady work history and accomplishments.
Qualifications Director will have overall responsibility of Home Health staff of over 50 FTEs and patient caseload of over 220.
Will need strong experience with California healthcare rules and regulations, Quality Performance, etc.
