We are seeking an experienced
Regional Property Manager
for our Florida properties to lead multiple communities and support on‑site teams.
Travel within the state of Florida is required.
Position Summary The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and physical performance of a portfolio of residential apartment communities. This role supervises District and Property Managers and site staff, ensures compliance with company standards, and drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. The Regional Manager serves as the primary liaison between ownership and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple residential communities
Supervise, coach, and support Property Managers and on‑site teams
Analyze financial reports, budgets, and variances; implement corrective actions
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital improvement plans
Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, and marketing effectiveness
Conduct regular site visits and property inspections
Ensure properties meet company standards for curb appeal, maintenance, and safety
Review rent rolls, delinquency, and collections; implement improvement strategies
Approve vendor contracts and oversee capital projects and renovations
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, and local/state housing regulations
Handle escalated resident issues and legal matters (evictions, notices, court coordination)
Recruit, hire, and train property management staff
Prepare ownership and executive reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of residential property management experience
2+ years supervising multiple communities or multi‑site portfolio
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and property performance metrics
Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord‑tenant regulations
Proficiency in property management software
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Certifications
CPM (Certified Property Manager)
ARM (Accredited Residential Manager)
HCCP, COS, or Tax Credit certification
