Director of Resident Services

Director of Resident Services Grade M- $96,096 - $111,243 based on experience. Eligibility of annual performance increases to $164,356. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or similar field. Position requires a high degree of verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage grants and budgets. Two years' experience in public welfare or with an agency dealing primarily with low-income families. The Director of Resident Services provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for programs and services that support residents’ housing stability, self-sufficiency, wellness, and quality of life. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating resident services across family, senior, and special population communities while ensuring compliance with grants, HUD, and agency requirements. The Director collaborates with internal departments, community partners, and staff to connect residents with resources, strengthen programs, respond to emerging resident needs, and align resident services with the housing authority's mission. Reports directly to the Executive Director. Shall function under a flexible work schedule as approved by the Executive Director.
