As the Growth & Enterprise Strategy Analyst, you will be a key member of NAVEX’s Growth Team and play a critical role in shaping and executing NAVEX’s enterprise growth strategy. This role is responsible for conducting high-impact, primary analysis that informs company-level decisions and supports the execution of strategic initiatives designed to accelerate bookings growth, improve retention, expand margins, and increase EBITDA. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Development to translate data into clear insights and measurable actions. You will have regular exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence high-priority decisions across strategy, pricing, growth initiatives, and investment priorities. In our highly data-driven organization, this role is instrumental in transforming insights into action plans that deliver tangible results.

What you’ll do:
Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform NAVEX’s differentiated enterprise growth strategy
Develop data-driven perspectives on market opportunities, industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer segments, verticals, and pricing models
Build business cases to guide growth initiatives, investment priorities, and resource allocation decisions
In close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, assess the impact of pricing changes on bookings, retention and margin
Support and help drive high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, collaborating across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
Support evaluation of partnership and inorganic growth opportunities through market, competitive, and financial analysis, contributing to strategic rationale and investment case development
Develop robust financial models to assess revenue impact, margin implications, ROI, and risk scenarios
Continuously improve reporting, tools, frameworks, and decision-support capabilities across the Growth organization, proactively surfacing emerging risks and growth opportunities
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related STEM discipline
2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, pricing, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role; SaaS or software industry experience strongly preferred
Strong financial and analytical rigor, including advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
Experience conducting industry, market, and competitive research, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear business implications
Proven ability to communicate analytical insights with clarity and influence, including developing executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations and written recommendations
Demonstrated capability to translate analysis into action plans, define KPIs, and provide structured readouts on initiative progress and outcomes
Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems or similar a plus
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Structured problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous questions and independently drive research and analysis
Executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leaders
Highly collaborative, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels while focusing on measurable business outcomes
