J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate, Open Banking Business Execution and Strategy to drive growth and shape new product development within the Chase Open Banking team. The role focuses on innovative business strategies to empower customers to share financial data securely and transparently.

As a team member, you will help define and execute business strategy, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and present insights to senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Open Banking team

Contribute to the definition and execution of business strategy, including go‑to‑market plans and pricing strategy, to drive growth and profitability

Collaborate on new product development initiatives, working with product, technology, commercial partners, and operations to deliver innovative solutions

Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions, track competitive activity, and identify emerging opportunities and risks within the open banking ecosystem

Participate in presentations to senior leadership, communicating progress, insights, and recommendations

Support monitoring of the impact of open banking initiatives on customers and the firm, using data‑driven approaches to optimize outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in business strategy, business management, or a relevant domain

Sound understanding of the financial services industry

Emerging knowledge of new product development and go‑to‑market planning

Comfort with data analytics and ability to use data to inform decision‑making

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, diverse work streams to completion

Strong collaborator with robust organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities

High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Understanding of Open Banking, data access, and related regulatory and industry frameworks

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategy in a complex, matrixed environment

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon‑Fri) and does not support hybrid options.
