Description Clarvida Assistant Program Director - Catalyst program San Diego

Oversee all aspects of administrative operations of program.

Communicating and coordinating services and program needs with staff as appropriate and with other internal departments as needed.

Determining the structure of the workflow within the program.

Sign on bonus $2,000.00**

Supervise delivery of various services and ensure appropriate completion of case files to meet program documentation standards.

Responsible for purchase, expense requisitions, and budget spending as required by program and approved by program manager.

Deliver purchase requests, mileage forms, human resources information forms and other paperwork to appropriate corporate office staff as needed.

Upgrade and maintain computer software and operations as required.

Research and promote staff development and training opportunities monthly.

Oversee and coordinate timesheets, paychecks, and reimbursement delivery in compliance with policies and procedures.

Maintain HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clients.

Compile monthly and quarterly statistics and other reports as required by supervisor.

Ensure all licensure and certifications required by staff and programs for effective and legal business operations.

Transport clients to accommodate community relationships. Use of personal car or vehicle is required.

May work a flexible schedule outside of business hours, including weekends and beyond office hours if needed to support the program and leadership.

Participate, communicate and represent the agency or company professionally at county/community meetings; ensure compliance with county contracts.

Other duties as assigned or necessary to support the program and/or the company.

Level of Supervision

Works under the direct supervision of the Program Director.

At least one year of experience proving an ability to work under minimal supervision, choosing from a variety of established procedures and relying on experience and judgment to accomplish assignments in a timely manner.

Ability to make appropriate business decisions regarding budgets, expenses and delivery of services.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Proof of valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, as well as proof of education are required. Prior behavioral health experience preferred.

Maintain valid LMFT or LCSW license with State Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Minimum Requirements (Including linguistic and cultural skills), education, experience, licenses and certifications: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, or Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an accredited college or university.

Certificates, licenses, registrations: Must possess a current, valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC and licensed by the appropriate board as a clinical psychologist to practice independently at the highest level possible. Licensed for two years.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Ability to lead and direct the work of others.

Intermediate level PC skills required.

Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills and written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.

Salary: $88,000 to $92,000 annually plus benefits.
