Senior Superintendent

We are partnered with a leading GC who is looking to onboard a Senior Superintendent to lead complex healthcare and educational projects throughout Los Angeles. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who runs clean, safe, on-schedule jobs and holds teams accountable.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through closeout Manage superintendents, foremen, and trade partners on site Drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity across all phases Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and institutional stakeholders Enforce site safety and compliance, with a strong focus on healthcare regulations (HCAI/OSHPD experience strongly preferred) Oversee inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and site communication Requirements
5+ years of experience with a general contractor delivering healthcare and/or educational projects Proven experience leading ground-up or renovation work in hospitals, medical facilities, schools, or higher education environments Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, phasing, and occupied-site logistics HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred Leadership mindset — decisive, organized, and accountable Why This Role
