Assistant Director of Engineering , an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel engineering professional to join a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities In this role, the Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director by overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards (including life-safety systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical), and implementing preventative maintenance programs. The responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team, managing budgets and inventories, and maintaining guest comfort through the oversight of repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 yearly
