Minimum of 3+ years of construction experience.
Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer proficiency.
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control knowledge of local trades preferred.
Experience in light industrial preferred but not required.
