Manage and grow a portfolio of small business relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and referrals Support business lending requests and deposit solutions Meet activity and performance goals in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless client service Maintain strong knowledge of banking products and market trends Qualifications
Experience working with business or commercial banking clients Background in lending solutions and financial analysis Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office Preferred
