We’re currently hiring a
Marketing & Outreach Associate
to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced settings, and want to build practical skills in communication, marketing, and leadership.
In this role, you’ll represent charitable partners directly to the public, share their mission, and help expand their donor base through professional, engaging interactions.
High performers have the opportunity to advance into leadership and campaign management roles within 6–12 months.
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners at local events and promotional campaigns
Engage face-to-face with community members to promote charitable initiatives
Clearly communicate campaign messaging and answer questions professionally
Assist with event setup, presentation, and brand visibility
Learn public outreach strategies and customer engagement techniques
Participate in team training and performance development sessions
Track daily activity and contribute to team goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator who is comfortable working face-to-face with the public
Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
Interest in community involvement and purpose-driven work
Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends
Reliable transportation preferred
