Associate Director Undergraduate Programs – School of Nursing Description Cleveland State University welcomes applications from doctoral-prepared nurse leaders interested in shaping the future of undergraduate nursing education. This role supports growing pre‑licensure BSN programs and emphasizes faculty development, accreditation, and student success in an urban public R-2 setting.

Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, CSU offers a vibrant urban setting with strong ties to world‑class clinical partners and community organizations.

We seek doctoral‑prepared nurses with a proven record in teaching, curriculum design, student outcomes, classroom innovation, and scholarship appropriate for an appointment as an Associate or Full Professor. This role supports growing traditional BSN (TBSN), Evening Weekend BSN, Accelerated BSN (in‑person and online), with a view toward program expansion and growth. The scholarship of nursing education or simulation is highly valued.

This is a 9‑month administrative appointment with a summer stipend and an initial 4‑year term, renewable annually based on performance. Reporting to the Director/Chief Nursing Administrator, School of Nursing, College of Health.
