6 Months We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Release Manager
to support a large-scale Salesforce reimplementation initiative. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end release processes, coordinating deployments, and ensuring smooth migration across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Salesforce configuration, release management, and DevOps tools like Copado , along with hands‑on experience in managing complex environment migrations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the
Salesforce release lifecycle
across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) Coordinate and execute
code deployments and releases
using
Copado
or similar DevOps tools Oversee
migration of components and data
from one Salesforce environment to another Collaborate with developers, admins, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure
timely and quality releases Define and enforce
release management processes, governance, and best practices Manage
version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
within Salesforce ecosystem Support
Salesforce reimplementation efforts , including environment setup and transition planning Identify and mitigate
deployment risks, conflicts, and dependencies Maintain detailed
release documentation, schedules, and audit logs Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide
production support during releases Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in
Salesforce Release Management Hands‑on experience with
Copado
(or similar tools like Gearset, AutoRABIT) Solid understanding of
Salesforce configuration
(workflows, flows, validation rules, profiles, etc.) Experience with
Salesforce environment management and migration strategies Knowledge of
CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
within Salesforce Familiarity with
version control systems
(Git, Bitbucket, GitHub) Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
