Tendering & Applications Supervisor - Power Systems Studies , you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, and Supply Chain to gather technical and commercial inputs, maintain consistent scope definition, and support profitable business growth while driving standardization, continuous improvement, compliance, and a differentiated customer experience. Remote Your Responsibilities:

Leadthe Advisorygroupsquotingandoversee endtoend preparation, review, and delivery ofaccurate,timelyAdvisory Core quotes, including Arc Flash and Engineering Services. Gather andvalidatetechnical and commercial inputs by partnering with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, and Supply Chain. Ensure consistency inscopedefinition, deliverables, assumptions, and pricing across all quotations. Maintain and improve quoting templates, documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures. Assign quoting workload, manage capacity, and ensure prioritization aligns with business needs and customer deadlines. Drive standardization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement within the quoting function. Review all proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance with ABB policies, and adherence to financial, HSE, and integrity standards. Supportadoptionand optimization of quoting tools, systems, and platforms to enhance quality and throughput. Track and report key quoting metrics, including cycle time, win rate, margin performance, and team workload. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements, pricing strategies, and customer expectations. Train, coach, and develop quoting team members, promoting best practices and skill development. Contribute to a differentiated customer experience by ensuring professional, consistent, and highquality proposal submissions. Your Background:

High school diplomarequired; associate orbachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience within the electrical services industry. Experience in supervising a team or leading through influence. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workload priorities, and coach team members. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. More About Us:

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $145,000 annually.
