VP - Communications Manager - Senior Graphic Designer - CCB Communications, Cons

JPMorganChase, Columbus, OH, United States

The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Communications team is seeking an experienced design leader with deep expertise in executive presentation design, visual storytelling, and internal brand systems. This role supports CCB Communications by leading the visual expression of strategy, priorities, and narratives through high‑impact executive presentations and scalable internal communications.

The role is centered on executive presentation design for the firm’s most visible and high‑stakes moments. You will lead the design and shaping of presentations used in critical leadership forums, strategic reviews, and internal‑ and external‑facing events. In parallel, you will own and evolve the internal visual identity for CCB Communications, ensuring a cohesive, recognizable, and executive‑ready visual language across internal communications.

Success in this role requires exceptional narrative judgment, strong design leadership, and the ability to translate complex strategy, data, and messaging into clear, persuasive, and polished stories for senior audiences. PowerPoint is the primary tool used to deliver this work, but the core requirement is excellence in executive presentation design and visual systems regardless of medium.

As a senior member of the CCB Multimedia Center of Excellence, you will act as a trusted creative advisor to senior communications leaders and business executives, set visual standards, and drive the evolution of how CCB communicates internally at scale.
