Director of Rehab / Rehab Director- Open to COTA, OT, PT, PTA and SLP Candidates! Assisted Living Facility in Greensboro, NC / NORTH CAROLINA
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/OT/COTA) to join our assisted living facility in Greensboro, NC.
Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week
Prior Management experience preferred
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
Qualifications
Current state licensure
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
