Summary
Sweet P's Pre‑K is looking to hire a full‑time assistant director. We are looking for individuals who are familiar with the following programs: ADHS Licensing, Quality First, and National Accreditation. Good communication skills are a must. Duties Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Ensuring Compliance with Child Care Licensing
NAC Accreditation Compliance
Monitoring Children and Staff
Data Input
Leadership skills
Strong oral communication skills
An ability to work well with others
Lesson Planning
Direct Teaching
Play Based Teaching
Art Projects
Field Trips
Light Cleaning
Diapering for Children (only at Sweet P's)
Professional Development
Behavioral Accountability
Requirements All applicants must love working with children and must be willing to participate in ALL of the tasks of the people they manage. Applicants must be at least 18 and have 2 years-3 months experience based or high school diploma/equivalency or college credits. Applicant must have following:
60 hours of Professional Development
Negative TB test within the last year
Valid Finger Print Clearance
First Aid/CPR
Successful background check

Experience in National Accreditation
