BioWay Farm is a 120 acre diversified market farm and preserve growing organically on 5 acres in Ware Shoals, SC. We sell at 3 farmer’s markets, farm-to-table restaurants in the Greenville, SC area, a farm stand and a small CSA. We enjoy working with caring people and natural systems to make a better world.
Job Description BioWay Farm is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Farm Manager who is passionate about organic farming and sustainable agriculture. This role will support daily farm operations, crop production, and farm management while helping maintain our commitment to environmentally responsible practices. The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on work, working outdoors, and contributing to a mission‑driven agricultural operation. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Start Date April 2026
Qualifications Experience working on market farms / agriculture preferred.
Compensation $15/hour + room and board.
