Pay Range: $97,350.00/Yr. - $142,659.00/Yr.

Primary Responsibilities The Sr. Graphic Design Manager provides creative leadership and strategic direction to a team of designers, overseeing the development of high‑impact visual solutions that elevate and protect the KeHE brand.

Essential Functions

Maintain, evolve, and implement KeHE’s brand strategy across all channels.

Partner with Advertising, Marketing, and Event teams to ensure all creative outputs reinforce brand positioning and voice.

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Lead strategic planning and oversee development of high‑impact visual projects across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Oversee publication creation (digital and print) to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

Assist KeHE leaders with dynamic PowerPoint presentations.

Create structured project plans reflecting all defined requirements and approved specifications.

Ensure all printed projects remain within expense budgets.

Partner in building an in‑house agency model, establishing scalable processes and creative solutions to support client advertising initiatives.

Collaborate with Advertising to deliver revenue‑driving creative solutions for external clients, aligning with brand standards and business goals.

Provide strategic thought leadership for external advertising proposals and RFP responses.

Support development, pilot, and implementation of a Retail Media Network.

Oversee and continuously optimize the end‑to‑end creative workflow for advertising initiatives, setting scalable processes, governance, and resource allocation to meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Delegate responsibilities across the team, supervising project strategy, concept development, and quality assurance.

Assist Creative Director and the team with various tasks as needed.

Direct video production strategy, aligning creative execution with objectives, performance metrics, and brand standards.

Meet with stakeholders to conceptualize, scope, and develop project deliverables and timelines.

Proactively recommend innovative approaches to elevate design quality and address project challenges with strategic, solution‑oriented thinking.

Assist the Marketing team with Excel and Word formatting projects.

Provide strategy for incorporating the strategic plan within marketing/graphics.

Perform other duties and projects assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Extensive knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.

Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative strategic projects and tools in a large organization.

Excellent project management and time‑management skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic creative project plans that drive results.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and under time pressure.

Ability to build highly effective relationships internally and externally.

Strong track record of leading a creative team.

Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

Exhibits a growth mindset and is open to coaching and feedback.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or related field.

6+ years of related experience in graphic design or marketing.

3+ years of management experience.
