The Rise Collective is a vertically integrated platform operating across media, production, hospitality, real estate, design, and wealth strategy. We’re hiring a Creative Director to own and evolve the creative vision across our entire portfolio, spanning luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels, real estate, construction, lending, and investor platforms.

This is a portfolio-level role. You won’t just manage one brand, you’ll shape how 13+ companies look, feel, and perform across every touchpoint.

This is an in-office role, with a requirement to work from our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters four days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN Brand Leadership

Own the creative vision and brand identity across all Rise Collective brands

Translate business strategy into differentiated, premium brand storytelling

Ensure consistency, quality, and positioning across every customer touchpoint

Build and scale brand systems including guidelines, templates, and asset libraries

Lead creative direction for new brand launches, expansions, and category entries

Own the content ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and emerging channels

Define and evolve core content pillars across luxury travel, investment, and lifestyle

Build repeatable content frameworks that scale across brands and markets

Partner closely with growth and paid teams to align creative with performance (CTR, ROAS, bookings, leads)

Continuously refine content strategy based on data, platform trends, and audience behavior

Media, Video & Production

Own the end-to-end media and production engine across all brands

Oversee all video, photo, and content production including property showcases, campaigns, and founder/investor content

Build scalable production systems including shot lists, editing styles, templates, and format libraries

Develop high-volume content pipelines across multiple brands and markets

Ensure all creative is optimized for performance, from hook to conversion

Manage production timelines, vendors, and internal resources to deliver efficiently at scale

Website & Digital Experience

Lead creative direction across all websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints

Ensure cohesive visual identity and storytelling across UX/UI

Partner with performance and development teams to optimize booking funnels, conversion, and lead flow

Continuously evolve digital experience to reflect brand positioning and drive measurable results

Team Leadership & Operations

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing creative team across design, content, and production

Set creative standards, workflows, and cross-functional operating systems

Establish clear processes for briefing, production, feedback, and delivery

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align creative with company priorities

Drive a culture of speed, quality, and accountability across all creative output

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong creative eye with experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate branding

Proven experience leading multi-brand or portfolio-level creative

Deep understanding of performance-driven creative, not just aesthetics, but what converts

Experience owning a video-first content ecosystem from concept to post-production

Ability to balance high-level creative strategy with hands‑on execution

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.

Must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office. Remote considered for exceptional candidates.
