
Director of Corporate Communications

We are working with a highly reputable NYC-based real estate firm looking to add a Director of Corporate Communications to their team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies
Advise senior leadership on messaging, positioning, and communication priorities
Manage company-wide internal communications including leadership updates, culture initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
Develop presentations and communication materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and internal publications
Support external communications including public relations strategy, media outreach, and reputation management
Identify and coordinate executive thought leadership opportunities such as speaking engagements and authored content
Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, launches, and events
Oversee PR agencies and external communications vendors
Monitor and report on communications performance and brand perception
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
10-12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications
Experience leading internal communications initiatives that support organizational culture and change
Strong media relations and executive communications background
Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
