About the Role We are seeking to hire an experienced Capital Formation professional to lead fundraising efforts across the private wealth channel with a focus on RIAs, Family offices & HNWI's. This role will report directly to the Head of Fundraising and work closely with senior leadership to shape the capital strategy and manage execution. The firm is headquartered in the U.S., with a preference for candidates based in New York or Miami. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to drive capital formation for a differentiated credit platform, and participate in carry economics. The successful candidate will thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable on the road regularly, and bring a strategic approach to distribution.
Required Skills
Minimum 10+ years of experience in private markets fundraising (private credit, real estate debt, or adjacent strategies)
Proven track record of raising capital from RIAs, family offices and HWN's
Experience at a credit fund, placement agent, or consultant (e.g., Mercer, Cambridge) strongly preferred
Strong technical understanding of private credit, real estate-backed lending strategies or Fixed Income.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
Ability to lead tailored fundraising campaigns and cultivate long‑term LP relationships
Comfortable representing a firm with a focused team and strong performance pedigree
