About the Role Join our team as a Showroom Coordinator/ Specialist! You'll oversee sample management and organization primarily in the showroom. This includes samples preparation for customer meetings, digital tools demonstrations and troubleshooting in the showroom, as well as general showroom maintenance.
Responsibilities
Supports planning of buying days (market weeks) in local showroom including organizing customer travel itineraries (flights, hotels, car services, etc.) and meeting scheduling, catering, floral arrangements, and general showroom maintenance.
Prepares samples and maintains tracking for off-site sample usage including customer meetings, tradeshows, brand immersions, catalog photography, and selling events.
Works in conjunction with local and global brand teams to assist in execution of showroom merchandising to support brand storytelling of new collections.
Troubleshoots for local showroom events in the capacity of visual updates, IT support, digital tools support, fixtures, lights, etc.
Ensures proper organization, inventory and tracking of all samples received to facilitate market week calendar.
Coordinates meeting space as needed for customer and internal team usage, aligning with Asset Protection and Facilities teams.
Cleans and restores onsite & traveling sample sets to customer-ready condition.
Completes quarterly sample recalls/inventory updates.
Assists Account Managers, Product Team and Brand Managers with sales and marketing support projects.
Travels to other showrooms or off-site locations as needed in support of Sales and Events teams.
Provides “Key Holder” support – responsible for opening/closing office, as well as security in satellite showrooms.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Sales is preferred; Associate’s Degree minimum.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
High level of computer literacy: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
2‑3 years of merchandising and inventory management experience with at least one year of luxury showroom experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and handle additional responsibilities as required and assigned.
Works well independently and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Highly organized and analytical.
