Today we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Westview Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan.
All Lease Renewal Commissions ARE YOURS!
up to
$100 per renewal.
New Rental Commission:
up to
$100 per rental
Steady hourly pay
plus
performance-based earning potential with 136 market rate units!
$45.00 a month Blue Cross benefits for yourself
401k match at 3%

Paid Time Off:
1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Help manage rent collections, paperwork, and resident files
Support the Property Manager with daily operations and reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Yardi experience is preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a soft credit review
