HR Business Partner – Digital & Technology
Plano, TX (Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)
$48/hour | 3 Month Contract
We are partnering with a leading global restaurant and consumer brand to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Digital & Technology organization. This is a high-visibility contract opportunity working directly with mid-level and senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This role will serve as both a strategic thought partner and a hands‑on HR resource, translating business priorities into practical people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and operational outcomes.
What You’ll Do Business Partnership & Strategy
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Digital and Technology leadership teams
Translate business goals into actionable workforce and talent strategies
Identify organizational risks, talent gaps, and workforce planning needs
Support change initiatives while reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Provide guidance on employee relations matters with fair and compliant resolution
Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, and development planning
Partner cross‑functionally on escalated or sensitive matters
Talent & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and requisition alignment
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding transitions
Help leaders assess capability gaps and succession planning needs
HR Operations & Support
Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance including policy interpretation and documentation
Support performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation
What We’re Looking For
3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience
Proven experience partnering with mid‑level and senior leaders
Strong judgment and ability to influence through data and practical solutions
Experience supporting employee relations and performance management
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization
Experience in two or more of the following areas preferred: recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, culture and engagement
